Events FAQ

How far in advance should I book an event?

All of our events are contracted and pre-paid, KSO does try to avoid last minute events as there's a lot that goes into the planning process. It's never too early to reach out and start planning, however, please inquire with more than 72 hours notice. We will attempt to make last minute accommodations, but full payment and finalized details are required prior to your event date in order to confirm your event.

Is there a guest minimum?

Yes, we do have a booking minimum of 10 contracted guests. For parties of less than 10 guests, you are welcome to join us as a walk-in party, where all activities and spaces are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Is it better to walk in or do I need to reserve activities?

Reserving activities through a contracted and prepaid event is the only way we can guarantee availability and that you will not have a wait time for activities, as we adhere to a contracted itinerary. Anything not included on event contracts will all be dependent on demand and available on a first-come-first served basis.
